Volodymyr Lytvyn deems that the CIS Countries should join Efforts during the Preparation fo the Celebrating of the 65th anniversary of the Victory in the Second Patriotic War
"As we struggle for the Victory together, the celebration of the 65th anniversary should be held together", - V. Lytvyn declared answering the questions of the journalists in Saint Petersburg (Russian Federation).
"There is no such a criterion to evaluate the contribution of each of the Former Soviet Union Country into the Great Victory. It is about dozen of millions of lives and to honour their memory we should unite our efforts to meet this holiday on the necessary level", - Chairmen of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared.
V. Lytvyn ahs also expressed a thought concerning the necessity of the common decision adoption concerning the memorial award of the former Soviet Union countries dedicated to that date.
